Why Apply?
A CSML membership card allows you to access our food bank services and special events. Our policy ensures everyone who needs food receives it, and there is no cost for our services.
Applications are self-declared, following the same guidelines as food stamps. Cards must be renewed annually starting January 1st.
What You'll Need
To apply for a membership card, you’ll need to provide the following information:
- Your name and age
- Number of household members and their ages
- Your general location (if no address, let us know)
- Phone number and email address
